In addition to the projects won at the country´s official tenders, Tavanesh sales people are always ready to provide consultation services for the customers looking for a service provider. After the initial call is made to the Tavanesh Sales Dept., the client is asked to provide the company with more information through telephone call, email, letter or a face to face meeting with the Tavanesh managers.
After collecting all the required information, Tavanesh experts will recommend a suitable solution based on the initial study of the customer´s needs. As the next step, more details on the customer case will be delivered to the project manager. Additional meetings with the customer and comprehensive, on-site inspection of the current situation will help the project managers to carefully design the project plan. Distribution of tasks among the different expert groups of the responsible team, preparation of the proposal and the schematic presentation of the preliminary plan to the customer will then follow. After the customer approval is secured, the project execution process will start and move along according to the schedule previously submitted to the customer.
